Submit a Report
Use the Report page to submit a new XRP fraud report into the Chainara intelligence database.
Report Form Fields

| Wallet Address | Yes | The blockchain address of the fraudulent wallet (e.g. an XRP r-address, Stellar address, or Bitcoin address) |

Submitting a Report
- Navigate to Report in the left sidebar
- Fill in the wallet address and scam type
- Add a description explaining what happened
- Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, tx IDs)
- Click Submit Report
The report is immediately added to the Fraud Intelligence feed with Pending status. Admins and analysts can review and verify it.
What Happens After Submission
- The wallet's risk score is re-calculated incorporating the new report
- If the risk score crosses the flagging threshold, the wallet is added to the Flagged Wallets list
- The domain (if provided) is queued for monitoring
- Webhook subscribers receive a notification of the new report

The more evidence you include (transaction IDs, screenshots of the scam message, associated domains), the faster the report can be verified and actioned.
