Logging In

Chainara Portal supports multiple authentication methods depending on your organization's configuration.

Login Screen​

When you first visit the portal, you'll see the login screen:

Authentication Methods​

Google SSO​

For organizations using Google Workspace:

  1. Click Continue with Google
  2. Select your Google Workspace account
  3. Grant the requested permissions on first login
  4. You'll be redirected to the Apps dashboard

Okta SSO​

For organizations using Okta:

  1. Click Continue with Okta
  2. You'll be redirected to your organization's Okta login page
  3. Complete MFA if required
  4. You'll be redirected back to the portal

Email & Password​

Some portal configurations also support direct email/password login:

  1. Enter your Email address
  2. Enter your Password
  3. Click Sign in
Forgot your password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen, or contact your administrator.

Troubleshooting Login Issues​
